Shipping Policy
Orders may be delayed due to item availability or credit card verification issues. All estimated order processing times are in business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-2 business days during promotional periods of high order volume.

Tax Policy
Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to California, New York, and South Carolina.

Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise being returned must be in its original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed. Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox. Monogrammed items, gift cards, and items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
