Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Shipping Charge within the contiguous United States, Standard Delivery (3-7 days) $5.99. FedEX Second Day Delivery* $42.90. FedEX Next day delivery* $52.90. Shipments to P.O. Boxes in the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Key West Aloe may alter the shipping methods or carriers as the need arises. Each order is limited to one delivery address.
Tax Policy
For Florida residents and orders shipped to Florida, sales tax is added to your order.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Return Policy
Key West Aloe is committed to providing you high-quality products. If for any reason one of our products fails to meet your expectations, you can return products ordered from our catalog or website any time within 30 days of your order date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Please return your items with a copy of your invoice, in a prepaid parcel, using an insured carrier. Key West Aloe is not responsible for return postage or lost or misdelivered items. Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Key West Aloe cannot accept any returns for purchases made at any retail locations or third parties with the exception of Key West Aloe owned showrooms. Retail locations and third parties cannot accept returns for purchases made through our catalog or website.
