We even give you a tracking number, so you can watch the progress as your mattress makes its way home. So you’ll know where it is, and when you can start sleeping well.

If you’re unhappy with your Cocoon™ by Sealy, call us. We’ll work with you to exchange or return your mattress. Depending on where you live, some of the options for “return” might include donating, recycling, or disposing of the mattress. In any case, once you confirm the return, we’ll issue a refund within 1 to 2 business days.
