Shipping Policy
Orders paid for by credit or debit card are processed the same day when placed before 4.00pm (EST). Those paid for by bank transfer are processed on the day funds are received. Delivery times vary between countries. In the US, orders are delivered by USPS and UPS and only DHL for other countries. You will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package.

Return Policy
At SuperSmart, product quality is an absolute priority. If at any time you change your mind, or are not entirely satisfied with a product, you are free to return all or part of your order without restriction, within one (1) full year upon receipt. Please check your contact details and review your order before confirming payment. you only have 30 minutes in which to make any changes after this point (Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 7 pm EST). Beyond this 30 minute period, if you have made an error or wish to cancel, you will have to await delivery of your order before returning it.
