Shipping Policy
Your order will be carefully packed in a reusable, insulated box with ice packs to maintain proper temperature. Your order will always ship via FedEx Overnight delivery and different shipping options/prices will be presented based on the weight of your order, your delivery address and the delivery date selected. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total estimated weight of your order, the address you are shipping to and the delivery date you choose during checkout.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express card issues by ae U.S. financial institution. (We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside the U.S.).

Return Policy
Our products are consumed and perishable, it is our policy that products should never be returned – except where specifically requested by D’Artagnan. D’Artagnan does not accept unauthorized returns. In the event you ship an unauthorized return back, D’Artagnan is not responsible for refunding any of the shipping costs associated with unauthorized return.
