NYDJ, formerly known as “Not Your Daughter’s Jeans,” was founded in 2003 to address a gap in the women’s denim market. Back then, comfortable and flattering jeans for every woman simply did not exist. Most jeans had low waists and fit uncomfortably, and if they did fit well, they were just not stylish. Our landmark premium stretch jeans with Lift Tuck® Technology were designed to help women look, feel and wear a size smaller, using a proprietary slimming panel with a patented criss-cross design to flatten in front and contouring construction to flatter curves in back.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Additional merchant terms and conditions may apply.
Shipping Policy
If orders are placed before 11am PT, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), our warehouse will begin processing the same day. If an order is placed after 11am PT, we will begin to processing the next business day. We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days after credit card verification. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please keep in mind that we get back-logged during sale and holiday time periods, and it could take longer. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Care Team and we will be glad to help.
Tax Policy
We only collect sales tax in states where we have a physical office or company-owned store. Note: In the state of New York, clothing items sold for less than $110 are exempt from sales tax.
Payment Policy
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, NYDJ E-Gift card and NYDJ certificates.
Return Policy
Full-price and sale items in original condition, with all tags attached, can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Final-sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Worn, altered or washed items cannot be returned or exchanged. In-store purchases cannot be returned or exchanged at NYDJ.com.
