We offer a one-time replacement for each pair of glasses in your order if you are not 100% satisfied with them. Simply send us an email at support@yesglasses.com, and include your order number, the frame name of your desired replacement frame, as well as the name of the frame you wish to return. Please note that if you choose to do a one-time replacement for a particular pair, we can no longer process a refund or another replacement for it.
