We take all the measures to ship all in-stock items in a timely manner, directly to your door, almost anywhere in the world. We provide FREE SHIPPING on all order no matter the amount of the order. We also offer overnight and second day delivery shipping options, Please note that when using next day or second day delivery it still takes 48 to 72 Business hours to process. Please note if you are shipping to a college or Apartment Building or any place where the mail is left outside for anyone to take it make sure to choose a USPS Signature Required shipping option. We will not be responsible for lost items after delivery by USPS.

Return Policy
If you need to return your order, DesignerOptics.com will accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. We will refund the original amount of your order minus any shipping charges and handling fee. Orders including 3 or more frames that are being returned, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
