Lensabl was founded in 2015 with the mission to sell replacement lenses for frames you already own. We also offer frames, contacts and even vision benefit plans and online prescriptions. Lensabl is a price-friend alternative to traditional glasses.

Lensabl - The Online Optometrist offers

Shipping Policy
From the time that we receive your order at our lab, assuming we have all required information needed to start the lenses (RX and PD, OCH/SH if applicable), lens production is about 4-7* business days on average. All lenses go through a meticulous quality inspection before being shipped back to you. If there are any imperfections at all, we may re-process your lenses so they are perfect, which can delay final shipment. We do not guarantee a date of completion until the lenses have passed final quality check and a shipping label has been printed. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Standard shipping (2-5 business days) in the US is free with USPS First Class or $7.99 for USPS Priority. Expedited shipping is $10 and is done by UPS overnight (1 business day).

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, HSA and FSA, Affirm (Pay Over Time- interest free, must be approved through Affirm), Amazon Pay and Paypal.

Return Policy
If your lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription specifications provided to Lensabl, we will happily remake your lenses at no charge. You have 30 days from the day you receive your new lenses to notify us if anything is wrong.
