Deliveries to the US are managed by our affiliate couriers DHL and FedEx. All shipments sent by Mytheresa are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received. Kindly note that, due to import regulations, sunglasses can only be shipped with DHL. Please be also aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once. We process and send orders during our main service hours, 2:00 pm until 2:00 am EST, from Monday to Friday, and from 3:00 pm until 12:00 am EST on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on German public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.
For all deliveries made to the US over $800, customs duties and handling fees apply and will be included in the total price. Orders under $800 will not be charged customs duties and taxes. Local sales tax will be charged on all orders at checkout in selected states, where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by Mytheresa and pay use/sales tax on those purchases, unless exempt under local state law.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Please make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return.
