Shipping Policy
We ship in the United States (excluding PR & VI) and Canada. We are offering free shipping on all orders over $60 for the time being. For orders below $60, the $10.00 shipping and handling cost will be applied. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box. We will deliver your purchase within 7-10 business days after you received your order confirmation. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural and remote areas. We will deliver Monday to Friday, except Holidays. Orders may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size. During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer. We thank you for your understanding and patience. WE ARE WORKING TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE LEAVES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Return Policy
If you purchased it directly via the Ecko.com website, please contact us via ECKO UNLTD - Returns Center (returnly.com) within three business days of your receipt to submit your request to return the product; you will have to describe the damage and provide the order number and package tracking number. Once your return is approved you will receive a pre-paid shipping label pursuant to the terms of our Warranty Policy and refund process. If you purchased it from a third party, please contact them regarding their “damaged during shipping” policy and process.
