We deliver select mattress and base/foundation orders using our In-Home Delivery Service. We bring them to your home, set them up for you, remove the packing materials and even remove your old mattress and box spring if you want us to. The Cocoon by Sealy mattress is designed to be delivered to your door via UPS and does not qualify for White Glove Delivery. Delivery for Sealy mattresses, foundations and adjustable bases typically occurs 2-3 weeks after the order is placed. Our specialty collection, Sealy Naturals, will be delivered 4-5 weeks after placing the order. Rest assured we'll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We ship any number of items UPS ground shipping for free, with items typically arriving in 5-7 business days, to locations in the contiguous US. Please note, we are unable to ship items to a P.O. box.

We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at 800-697-3259. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. In-home delivery items are subject to a $175 return fee.
