Shipping Policy
Typically, 1 - 9 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3 - 9 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Transit times have been impacted by COVID-19 and weather conditions in the U.S., especially during hurricane and fire season(s), with additional delays due to Holiday shipping volume. Delivery Service days are Monday - Friday. Delivery time is between 9AM - 8PM. FedEx Ground picks up packages Monday - Friday. Tracking information is sent with all shipments. All claims for missing shipments must be reported to APL via email at help@athleticpropulsionlabs.com or an SMS text notification within five days of non-receipt of the package to be eligible for a potential claim.

Tax Policy
Sales tax is charged for all shipments to California residents and applicable states. Tax charges vary depending upon the destination of the package and the state.

Return Policy
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories (such as shoelaces) and dust bags if included.
