Shipping Policy
The customer agrees to accept delivery/pickup/installation of all merchandise within 30 days of availability. Please arrange for delivery or pick-up of your items within 30 days. We need to make room for more great stuff for your next remodel. Orders held over 30 days of availability will be charged a 4% monthly storage fee. Items purchased from the showroom floor must be picked up within 5 days. After 5 days the order is subject to cancellation & refund. Orders held over 6 months of availability will be canceled without refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all furniture will fit through doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the final location.
