Free Shipping on orders over $35

Shipping Policy
Free shipping valid on orders $35 or more within the contiguous U.S. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other locations outside of the contiguous U.S. do not qualify for free shipping, and will be charged shipping and handling. Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 3 p.m. ET Monday through Friday (except U.S. holidays) are processed that day; orders placed after 3 p.m. ET will be processed the next business day. NAPA will ship partial orders in order to provide you with the items you need as soon as possible.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Afterpay and Paypal payment gateways.

Return Policy
NAPA believes in customer satisfaction. Within 30 days of receiving items purchased from NAPAonline, customers may return any new item in its original packaging and condition, any used core as long as it is shipped in the box that contained the new product, any item received in a damaged or defective condition, and any item received in error.
