Certain restrictions apply: Free shipping is only valid to the lower 48 states (excludes U.S. Territories, AK, HI and international shipping), excludes overweight items**, and excludes expedited ship methods. In stock items ordered by 4:00PM ET are typically shipped the same business day. Shipping costs and delivery options are displayed in the checkout process prior to completing your order.
Tax Policy
We are required to collect and remit sales tax in many states, however, remittance of sales tax on orders shipped to the following states is the responsibility of the purchaser:AK,DE,MT,NH,OR,UT.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately, Best Cigar Prices does not accept International credit cards.
Return Policy
For boxes or bundles of 20 to 25+ cigars, returns must be made within 40 days from delivery. A full refund will be issued if 4 or fewer cigars have been smoked or cut, and a pro-rated refund or credit will be given if more than 4 cigars have been smoked or cut. For boxes or bundles of 10 to 15 cigars, returns must be made within 40 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued if 1 or fewer cigars have been smoked or cut, with a pro-rated refund or credit if more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut. For samplers and 5-packs, returns must be made within 40 days from delivery. A full refund will be issued if 1 or fewer cigars have been smoked or cut, and a pro-rated refund or credit will be given if more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut. Please do not return any cut or smoked cigars as this may affect your refund. Accessories must be returned within 40 days from delivery, although some items may have longer warranties through the manufacturer, with BCP gladly assisting in working with the manufacturer in these cases.
