If you are not satisfied with an accessory purchased on Keurig.com, you may request a return for a replacement or credit of the purchase price. Your request must be made within 30 days of purchase. Beverages are not eligible for return or exchange. Many of our products are available in sample packs. We recommend these sample packs when trying new selections.
