We offer three delivery options to our customers. Standard Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days for orders to arrive. Orders under $75 incur a shipping fee of $9.99, while orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. For faster service, we provide Express Delivery, with orders typically arriving within 2-3 business days at a cost of $25. Orders placed before 11am EST will be shipped the same business day and delivered two business days later. Orders received after 11am EST will ship the next business day and also be delivered two business days later. Please note that currently, we do not offer international shipping. FEDEX does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and these days are not included when estimating delivery time.

Jambu & Co. shoes may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges may be done within 30 days of purchase, for exchange only contact customer service at 1-800-353-3208. Shoes must be unworn and in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. Please allow 2-5 days for your return to be processed once we receive the merchandise in our warehouse. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
