Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply. Sales with blacklisted codes are excluded.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed by 2:30PM CST on business days will ship that same day from our warehouse in Germantown, WI. Please note that orders placed after that time, or not on a business day, will ship on the following business day. All orders will ship within 48 business hours from various vendors with multiple locations throughout the US, with lead times indicated directly on the product page. Alaska, Hawaii, other US territories are exempt from free shipping offers at this time. PO Box, APO, AFO, FPO, DPO and AFP shipping addresses cannot be fulfilled at this time as we must have a physical address that can be reached by FedEx.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

We accept credit card payments, Amazon Pay, Affirm, and Paypal.
Return Policy
Discount Ramps has a 30-day return policy on most items. Some items are not returnable. All returned items must be shipped in their original package and should be clean, unused and undamaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back.
