Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Member rewards are earned on eligible purchases made through our Program in accordance with our Terms of Service. Additional merchant terms of service may apply.
Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING (2-7 business days) applies to full priced US orders only. Total shipping timing includes 2-4 days for processing and 1-5 days shipping. Orders with expedited or priority shipping are processed with priority but may still be subject to 2-4 working day processing time. In many cases, if ordered before Noon Pacific (3:00PM Eastern), we process same day. If you are unsure about what shipping speed you need, please reach out to customer support at support@jlab.com. We strongly prefer shipping to physical addresses over P.O. Boxes as some carriers cannot complete delivery to these locations.
Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Discover as credit card payments. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo, Amazon Pay, and PayPal payment gateways.
Return Policy
You may exchange or return merchandise purchased on JLab.com for a full refund, less original shipping charges, based on original form of payment, within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. If your item has been opened or used, restrictions may apply.
