Shipping Policy
Shipments are guaranteed for Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight and Saturday. If our delivery partner misses the delivery then we will refund the shipping on your gift. Please know that if the recipient is not home and was unable to deliver the package, this does not qualify as missing the delivery. Also, circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters and so forth void the delivery guarantee. We run over 99% on time so trouble with shipping is a very infrequent event. *Please note, during the months of November & December delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to the increase in carrier volume.

Tax Policy
Appropriate sales tax is calculated during the order check out process and is based on existing local, state and federal laws. Any taxes imposed will be specified in your cart prior to submitting your order.

Payment Policy
We accept the following major credit cards: Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club and American Express.

Return Policy
If a shelf-stable item purchase is returned to us new and in original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will refund your order total and less our costs for shipping and handling each way. In the event that the original credit card used to make your purchase is no longer valid, we can only offer a store credit for the amount of your product cost, less discounts, shipping and handling each way.
