Shipping Policy
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO and select U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands) are not eligible for 3Day, 2Day, or Standard Overnight shipping. Please note standard ground shipping to these locations requires additional shipping time. For orders with pre-order items that require more than one shipment, the total shipping and tax charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. Please note, once orders are placed we are not responsible for typographical errors made during the checkout process.

Tax Policy

Return Policy
Theory.com will accept return merchandise in its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase at Theory.com. Gifts purchased on Theory.com may only be returned for e-gift card or exchanged within 60 days of original purchase. Merchandise purchased at Theory.com at a discount of 40% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit time.
