Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 on bissell.com! Most orders ship same-day if placed by 2pm ET. After adding items to your shopping cart, you will able to choose from two shipping options. Multi-item orders may require shipments from multiple warehouse locations, so you may receive some items separately. Standard shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa and Virgin Islands will arrive within 15 business days. If you have a P.O. Box you will need to place your order by contacting support.

Return Policy
Return your item(s) in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts for a refund. Only orders purchased directly from BISSELL.com, BISSELL television commercials, or by contacting the BISSELL 1-800 number can be returned using this method for a refund. Purchases made through a retailer (Ex: Walmart, Amazon, etc) should be returned to the retailer they were purchased from. If your purchase is not working for you, please return your order within 30 days of delivery. Liquid & foam formula can’t be returned due to safety concerns.
