Shipping Policy
We use UPS for the delivery of our orders. You can track the package on the courier's website, using the tracking number we will share with you via email, or in your account if you registered online. Shipping times are calculated from the day you place your order. We suggest checking the delivery address carefully before you complete the purchase, because it will not be possible to modify this information or any other detail of your order after payment. Order are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday to Friday), during hours of business, excluding local and national holidays. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at slightly different times. There are no additional fees for multiple shipments.

Tax Policy
Your order total includes all applicable taxes. You will not need to pay any additional fees or duties at delivery.

Return Policy
Items purchased on Diesel.com that meet all return conditions, can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from delivery or from pick up in store. Returns/exchanges are free. You can choose the option that works best for you: requesting your return online, contacting Client Service, or returning in a Diesel flagship store.
