Shipping Policy
With a verified prescription, orders placed weekdays by 3:00 PM Mountain Time will ship that day (orders placed on weekends/holidays will ship next business day). Sending your prescription is easy. Just snap a pic and upload it or fill in the info manually. If we need to double-check with your eye care provider, no problem! We’ll give them a call and get everything squared away (verification with your eye doctor may take up to one business day).
