Shipping Policy
We ship to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via FedEx. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process and tracking to populate. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US territories or outside of the United States. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Dansko gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased online for a refund or exchange within 60 days of original purchase. Select items including accessories, socks, personalized footwear, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear designated as “SALE” ending in $.98 are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Item exchange subject to availability or store credit will be issued. Please contact our team at moreinfo@dansko.com with any questions about sale products. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard 60 day return window, then please contact moreinfo@dansko.com for assistance.
