Shipping Policy
Shipping time applies to the transit time, but does not reflect the processing time to prepare, pack, and ship your order from our warehouse. Orders are typically processed in 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please allow additional transit time for APO/FPO military addresses, as well as deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

Return Policy
We want you to love your Drunk Elephant purchase, so if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to info@drunkelephant.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the gently used portion, and we will be happy to provide a refund for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.
