Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day. We/UPS DOES NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Federal Holidays. Return Policy
We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox). Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. The customer's first return/exchange shipping costs will be on us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as our warehouse receives the product back, we will ship out the new requested item.
