Shipping Policy
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are NOT included in shipping time and NOT included in the UPS Next Day or Second Day Air delivery timetables. Expedited shipping options DO NOT take into account our 1-2 day processing window, though we do everything possible to process and ship your orders as timely as possible. Please note, Express delivery DOES NOT expedite order processing. Express shipping options (2-Day or Overnight) ONLY apply to the contiguous United States (excluding HI and AK) and DO NOT include handling time.

Return Policy
Any item purchased on the 3VGear.com website, excluding eGift CARDS, may be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of delivery. 3V Gear does not refund eGIFT CARDS except where required by state law. Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. "Valid Proof(s) of Purchase" include the order number, order confirmation email or original sales receipt.
