Shipping Policy
Flat rate shipping prices and free shipping are applicable to the 48 contiguous states only. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS (our option). Please call (do not email) to change ship-to information on an order that you have just placed. AirFilters.com attempts to ship all orders as soon as possible. As a result, an order that you recently placed may already have been shipped if there is any delay between the time the order is placed and the time that you call in to request any changes. Orders that have already been shipped are the responsibility of the Customer to return the merchandise for credit.

Return Policy
AirFilters.com will refund the purchase price of any standard size filters bought from us within 60 days from the date of delivery. The return window starts when the order has been delivered. Filters that are returned must be unused and undamaged when they arrive back. If you received damaged filters, please contact us. Returns may be shipped by the provider of your choice. However, we recommend sending your filters back via UPS or FedEx as they have free insurance for up to $100. If you choose to send them via USPS, you must purchase insurance which will incur in additional charges.
