Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped Priority or First-Class USPS. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 3-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, katinusa.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Tax Policy
We are required by law to charge sales tax in all states where it is applicable. Orders shipped to California will be charged 7.75% sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of California.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Return Policy
Changed your mind? For up to 30 days, we’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on katinusa.com for return or exchange. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s), email shop@katinusa.com with your order number/ proof of purchase and the item you wish to return/exchange. Katin will then email you a return shipping label to mail back the item(s) free of charge.
