Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping: FREE on U.S. orders over $100 to the 48 contiguous states. Estimated arrival: 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped on standard ground transportation by FedEx Ground and/or USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Return Policy
As part of our commitment to handcrafting the very best footwear, we want you to have plenty of time to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Products purchased on our site or in our stores may be returned up to 60 days from the date you received your items if they are unworn, undamaged and in resaleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet these standards and items returned worn or in poor condition will be sent back to the customer with notification. Any customized or special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
