Shipping Policy
We ship via FedEx ground and Fedex SmartPost. Processing can take 2 days but generally the orders are packed and shipped the same day they are made, unless they were placed over the weekend or after 3 p.m. The shipment time depends on where you are located. All orders ship out from our NYC office and because nail polish can only be shipped via ground it can take anywhere from few days to up to 2 weeks.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
In order to maintain sanitary standards, JINsoon Nail Lacquer and products are non-returnable. We perform multiple quality control inspections throughout the manufacturing process, but in the event a product is defective, a replacement or credit for the value of the product will be issued. You must provide your JINsoon order number and a photo of the defective merchandise within 48 hours of receiving your package and submit to roger@jinsoon.com to be eligible for a credit.
