Shipping Policy
We provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Please understand we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO. In-stock orders typically ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. We'll provide a tracking number within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately. Accessories are shipped from the factory or the local warehouse depending on stock availability. Accessories order ship in economy way and shipping time takes 7–14 days.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We provide PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Afterpay payment plan and Klarna installment payment plan.

Return Policy
Freedare offers a 14-day trial ride policy, which means you don't have to worry too much. If you are not satisfied with the bike, you can return our ebikes within 14 days of receiving the bike. The return shipping cost of $150 per bike will be charged, but it can be waived for product exchanges. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
