Established in 1895 in Turin, the Italian roaster has been owned by the Lavazza family for four generations. Among the world’s most important roasters, the Group currently operates in more than 90 countries through subsidiaries and distributors, exporting 60% of its production.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped through the carrier and delivery service you choose when placing an order to the address indicated in the order. Standard delivery takes up to 15 days from the date of our order confirmation email, while expedited delivery takes up to 10 days from the date of the confirmation email. A shipping fee of $9.50 applies to standard delivery orders under $50, with an additional $5 fee for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. No shipping fee applies to orders over $50, except for an additional $5 fee for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. Express delivery incurs a shipping fee of $24.99.

Return Policy
Except for food products which are non-returnable, we will accept a return of any product that is substantially in the same condition you received it for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 30 working days of the delivery date and provided that the product is returned in its original condition. To return the product, you must contact Lavazza Customer Service with a written request for a return, providing the Order information and the product you would like to return.
