Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Shipping times are calculated based on the date of the shipment, not the date of the order. Orders are shipped 1-2 business days following the order date. FedEx/UPS does not deliver on weekends and does not count those days when factoring shipping times. Therefore, orders shipped Thursday or Friday can be expected to be delivered on Monday and Tuesday, respectively. Shipping times also depends on the customer's location. General shipping times range from 1-5 business days.

Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
Customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return unused merchandise purchased on the web store. Customers wishing to return items must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Barbeques Galore before returning any product. Products with original packaging must be returned in new and unopened condition to receive a full refund. If an item is returned to us that has been used or is no longer in new or unopened condition, Barbeques Galore reserves the right to exclude such an item from a refund, or charge a 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item at the time we receive it. Any items received that are damaged or broken will not be refunded, unless the customer initially received the item broken or damaged.
