Each mattress is made fresh per individual order which takes about 2 to 4 business days. Shipping transit times vary between 2 and 5 business days. The average order processing time is typically between 4 to 9 business days, but can occasionally fall outside that due to unusual circumstances.

Return Policy
We offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you don’t like your mattress, then we will accept a free/no-hassle return. We hope you will still provide great feedback, so we strive to make your return process as painless as possible. Simply call us at 844-84-AMORE M-F 10-5 CST to start the return process. We do require a 30-day honest sleep trial to get used to your mattress prior to accepting any return. Hybrid mattresses take a little extra time to break in and we wouldn’t want to miss the opportunity to provide you the best sleep of your life.
