Return Policy
If would like to make a return, please e-mail us at Contact@GoGearDirect.com or call us at (860) 261-7004. You will be sent a return label within 24 hours via e-mail. If your Product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, return shipping is on us. For other returns, we’ll deduct the cost from your refund. We know that some large companies offer free return shipping, and we hope someday we’re big enough to do the same. Until then, we’re working hard to keep rates as low as possible. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). If you’re returning a gift, you’ll get a gift card or store credit.
