We provide same day shipping on all orders that are placed and verified by 3PM (EST), Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Friday must be received and verified by 11AM (EST). Any orders placed outside these times will be shipped the next business day. We use a variety of different shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Please note that due to inclement weather the shipping carrier may experience shipping delays, and this is unfortunately beyond our control. Free shipping is available on thousands of items within the continental USA. Orders are sent via USPS with 14 to 21 days delivery. Unfortunately free shipping isn’t available to these destinations. When selecting 2-day air, please allow an extra few days for your order to arrive at your intended address. At this time we do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories.

You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
