We offer cutting edge technology in our prescription lenses, including Transitions, Polarized, and Trivex materials, all made from high quality manufacturers such as Essilor, Zeiss, Hoya, and NXT. In addition, digital free form technology, the most advanced lens technology in the industry which allows for a wider field of vision than traditional edged lenses, is available for most of our sports glasses or with most manufacturer direct lenses.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
Shipping times quoted are for days in transit once shipped. It does not include the time needed to make custom prescription lenses, or for non-stock items to come in stock. Non-stock items subject to 1-5 business day delay. Contact us for stock status. An Optician will review all prescription orders for accuracy and contact you if they see any errors. See product page for prescription lens timelines. Some brands have the option to rush as fast as 2-3 days. On average, most prescription orders take 7 to 10 business days. Contact us if you have a need by date.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and PayPal.
Return Policy
You have 45 days to return a non-prescription product for a refund. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items not in original condition and packaging (case, brand packaging, etc. not shipping box) are subject to a restock fee. Any shipping charges on the initial order will not be refunded. If you are doing an exchange, we will provide a free shipping label (US orders only--we are unable to print international return labels). Otherwise, you can send it back however you want. USPS is the cheapest and you can print a label at usps.com. If you want us to provide a return shipping label, please e-mail us for a return label. Because prescription lenses are custom made, we unfortunately cannot do a full refund on prescriptions. If the prescription lenses are not made properly, they will be re-made until correct. However, if you just don't like the fit or the style, we do want to help you. Most prescription items are exchangeable one time no charge. In most cases, the frame may be returned for a full refund. In some rare instances with lenses made by A Sight for Sport Eyes lab (not manufacturer direct lenses), lenses may be refunded less a restock fee with prior email authorization.
