Our slippers are handmade in Nepal in our own workshop built from scratch. The Sky Woolers and Urban Woolers are crafted in Portugal. This country was selected as the right place to produce our sneakers due to their knowledge and experience in shoe making. Our boots start in our Nepalese workshop and are finished in Portugal.

Special Terms: Member Rewards are not earned on gift wrapping, shipping or delivery fees, promotional credits, discount codes (unless that coupon or discount code is valid and listed within the Service), returns, cancellations, refunds and transaction fees. Member rewards are not eligible on gift card orders, or orders redeemed with a gift card or voucher. Member rewards are not eligible on orders made outside of the US. Shipping Policy
We ship directly from Switzerland using FedEx. Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number to track your parcel. Please note that there may be parcel delays during the holiday season.
Tax Policy
If goods are being ordered internationally, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination.

Return Policy
If this offer doesn’t suit your needs, we also have a 30-day guarantee return policy. For returns or exchanges, please complete our return authorization form within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Items returned after 30 days or in "used" condition may not be eligible to receive full refund. You will need to ship back your returned item(s) to our US-based facility. After we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll either replace or refund your order per your request. Once you complete the return form, you'll receive an email confirmation with further instructions.
