Shipping Policy
For US orders, our current shipping options include Ground Shipping, Priority Shipping, and Next Day Priority. You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders typically ship out of our Fulfillment Center within 2-3 business days. For an estimated delivery date, please refer to the information indicated at checkout and note that this is an estimation only. Once you receive a shipping notification, please allow 48 hours for the package to start tracking. Please contact us if there are no new tracking updates after 7 days. If you are waiting for an item to ship, please confirm that the item is not on preorder. Preorder items ship on an extended timeline indicated at checkout and on your email confirmation.

Tax Policy
Prepayment of any duties and taxes may be available for your order. If you select to prepay, this is the guaranteed total amount you will pay, including all applicable delivery charges, duties, and taxes. If prepayment is not available for your location or you decide not to prepay, you are responsible for any and all payments as charged by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location of your order.

Return Policy
Full-price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags attached can be returned for a refund to your original payment method within 21 days of shipment. All sale items are either refundable for store credit only or are final sale, depending on the item discount level. Samples and gift cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time. Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram must request returns directly through those platforms. US returns are free. International returns will incur a $20 fee to be deducted from the refund total.
