Shipping Policy
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday within 3 working days from the payment reception. When your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive e-mail containing all the information on the shipment as well as tracking information. Orders received over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day. Once an order has been packaged, it will be collected by a courier service who will deliver it to the customer. Orders may be shipped in more than one shipment. The shipping courier will deliver within 5-7 business days, with the exception of particularly remote areas. Delivery times may be affected by bad weather, strikes or other unexpected events that cannot be foreseen by Dainese.

Tax Policy
