Shipping Policy
Business days are not Saturday or Sunday or Holidays. Shipping days start from the moment your package begins with our carrier in transit. We do our best to ship the same day you order. If you order on a Friday after 12pm the package wont go out until Monday. Our Carriers DO NOT count the weekends as business days. The day your order is shipped out, does NOT count as a day shipped. All Ground shipments go out within three business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipments to P.O. boxes will go out via USPS. USPS orders valued over $40 will be insured via a third party insurance company. While we can provide proof of shipment for USPS orders valued less than $40, we are not responsible for those orders once they leave our facility. Shipments to military post offices (i.e. APO or FPO) can only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Payment Policy
We accept credit card payments and PayPal.

Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned after receiving authorization from Inkeeze to do so. Shipping is to be paid by Inkeeze or the customer depending on the reason for the return. Please email us via the contact page on this website for return authorization. We cannot accept returns after 14 days from the received date. Products must be in saleable condition and not in broken packages.
