Most orders ship the next business day. However, Keyport Slide (with new Key Blades) orders take longer due to the Key ID process. Our goal is to fulfill your Slide order as soon as possible. In general, please expect approximately two weeks from the time we receive your Key ID Form. That said, timing depends primarily upon the types of Blades being ordered. Typically, Blades in our standard inventory are available within one business day, while Blades outside of our standard inventory may take up to ten business days as they have to be special ordered. High-security or restricted Blades also take some time as they require the customer to first mail us a key so that we can convert it. We do our best to keep customers regularly apprised of their order status which can be checked via your account.

You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Keyport, Inc. within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unmarked product packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product (duplicated Blades are not returnable). Please note that due to the unique customization of Keyport products, all returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% on international orders). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
