Return Policy
For items purchased directly from www.simoneismith.com, we accept returns and exchanges for unworn and undamaged merchandise shipped back to us within 30-days of order receipt. Please email customerservice@simoneismith.com with your web order ID number and a representative will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment. Please insure the package, require a signature and get a tracking # when shipping any merchandise to be certain we receive it back. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
