Shipping Policy
Golf Avenue ships your order within 24 to 48 hours following your purchase. This process time allows us to validate the shipping and billing address and to prepare your shipment. Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to make sure you can follow your purchase at all times. In order to reach as many locations as possible and to reduce delays, we ship all the orders through the most renowned shipping carriers in the world such as UPS and FedEx. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 in Canada & $99 in the US (before taxes and after discount). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a small shipping fee of $9.99 (Standard Shipping) or $14.99 (Express Shipping) will automatically be applied to your order.

Our return policy is as follows: For pre-loved golf clubs, any purchased club not listed under the condition "New" can be returned within 30 days of receipt. For brand new golf clubs, any purchased club listed under the condition "New" can also be returned within 30 days of receipt. Clothing, footwear, and accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
