Certified Piedmontese beef is a naturally lean, tender, nutritious beef low in fat and calories, yet high in protein. Our cattle are raised on family ranches across the Nebraska Sandhills and never receive added growth hormones, steroids, or antibiotics.

Shipping Policy
Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed and frozen, then packed in a Styrofoam cooler with dry ice. When your order ships, you receive a tracking number via email, so you know when it will arrive.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our mission. In the unlikely event of damage to your package that is not carrier related or if the product you receive does not meet your satisfaction, we ask that you please email customerservice@piedmontese.com within 48 hours of delivery. To help us better understand the issue, please include your order number in the subject line and include detailed photos of the issue. We will happily review your order and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the damaged/missing product, credit towards your next order, or a partial/full refund. In order to receive a refund on affected products, we reserve the right to require those products to be shipped back to us prior to a refund being issued.
