Shipping Policy
Orders will typically be processed within 1 - 2 business days. We cannot expedite processing time. Domestic Standard Shipping takes approximately 3 - 5 business days delivery time after the order is processed. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the contiguous United States (excluding PO Boxes & APO addresses). Ground shipping for orders under $50 is $9.95. Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any location outside the contiguous United States.

Return Policy
A valid proof of purchase from Baby Tula is necessary for all returns. We can only accept returns purchased from babytula.com and babytula.com.au. Returns and Exchanges within 30 days: You may return all new/unused carriers and ring slings, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Purchase must be made from Baby Tula directly. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
