Shipping Policy
Shipping within the USA includes a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more. We ship all orders by USPS unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped via Standard (Ground) method will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be delivered by US Postal Service. Shipping costs are non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless the mistake was the result of our error. All orders $150 or more will be shipped via UPS. Any order of $300 or more will be shipped via UPS and will require a signature. We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship expedited service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses.

Tax Policy
Taxes and duties will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you must notify Jatai within 30 days of the invoice date. The product MUST be in good salable condition and not abused or damaged for it to qualify for this guarantee. In this instance, please be aware that you are responsible for paying the shipping cost back to us. Please call (888) 965-2824 or email us at service@Jatai.net to get a Return Authorization Number. Once R.A. number has been obtained go download and fill out the Return Authorization Form. Refunds on credit card statements will come from ‘Jatai International’.
